Christina's development of the Code Pink Boot Camp has taken her passion for helping people to a new level. Through Code Pink Boot Camp she has been able to help hundreds of women achieve huge results on many levels. She also continues to assist many charities with the various events hosted by Code Pink Boot Camp.

Negah Gheysar has been involved in fitness boot camps for over 2 years and now teaches the Ladera Ranch 5:30 a.m. Newport Dunes 9:00 a.m. and Mission Viejo 6:30 p.m. camps.
Negah participates in a number of sporting events including volleyball, softball, snowboarding, and cross-country running. Negah is NESTA certified as a personal fitness trainer and is eagerly pursuing her NASM personal training certification as well. Negah understands the importance of continuing her education and staying abreast of fitness trends and new findings in fitness and science so she can better educate her boot campers.

Stan Divranos is a substitute trainer for Code Pink Boot Camp
Stan was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. His training experience began in high school when he decided to strength train in order to become more competitive in basketball.
"I immediately saw incredible results and became dedicated to a fit and healthy lifestyle. My quick results caught the attention of my teammates and they began exercising with me. This was in essence my first experience as a personal trainer. Seeing my friends develop and accomplish their goals was the best feeling!"
Stan was the starting center for the UCI basketball team. He is now searched out by numerous athletes, coaches, and agents for his expertise as a trainer.
Stan has been an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer for the last 5 years, and an NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers) for another 5 years before that. He is currently in the process of gaining his NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Trainer Certification.
He has been providing motivation, nutritional support, and fitness training for over 10 years. He has continued to train and advise athletes at various levels in their careers. He now looks forward to also motivating you and training you to your peak performance in Code Pink Boot Camp.
Danielle White teaches the 6:00 a.m. camp at our Newport Coast location, the Mission Viejo 9:00 a.m. camp and the Irvine camp at 6:30 p.m.
Danielle is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, a Certified Power Plate Trainer, and holds a Certificate of Muscle Mastery from Jack Barnathan with New York Strength. At a young age she began Classical Russian Ballet training. By the time she was in her teens she had expanded her dance training to Jazz, Hip Hop, and Lyrical, as well as becoming a Choreographer. To stay "in shape" and have stamina for all her performances she turned to cardiovascular exercise, where she fell in love with fitness.
She continued to choreograph and teach dance for many years. With the birth of her second child, and with the amazing support of her husband, she decided to fulfill her dream of becoming a Fitness Trainer. She is now a NESTA Certified Personal trainer, and is studying to become an ISSA Personal Trainer as well.
She has enjoyed teaching Stroller Strides classes and working one-on-one with her in-home clients. " I am very passionate about fitness training and love helping others reach their fitness goals. " Danielle is very excited to be teaching for Code Pink Boot Camp! She looks forward to Inspiring, Motivating, and Encouraging all who come to her boot camp!
Matt Okoro instructs the 5:30 a.m. camp at Rancho Santa Margarita.
Matt has played professional basketball in South America and in the American Basketball Association. Matt has been a fitness professional for four years and has certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the National Council on Strength and Fitness, and Apex Nutrition.
Matt uses attention to detail, motivation and positive reinforcement to assist his clients in achieving their fitness goals. His expertise includes working with individuals who wish to achieve body fat loss, sports performance enhancement, and post-rehabilitation therapy. Matt played collegiate basketball on a full ride scholarship for the University of California at Irvine, where he received his B.A. in Economics.
Kim Beck teaches the 5:30 a.m. camp in Fullerton.
Kim has been an avid fitness enthusiast all of her life. Starting as a competitive Swimmer and Diver- the training for which led her to become well versed in a variety of exercise methods including Strength and Circuit Training, Yoga, High and Low Impact Aerobics, Step, S.E.T. and Spin. She has taught numerous fitness classes as well as personal training for individual clients-she is an expert in assessing client performance levels not to mention proper form, technique, exertion levels and nutrition. When she is not working out or running Kim has also found the time to compete and take several 1st and 2nd place finishes in Natural Body Building competitions!
Kim is a certified Aerobics and Fitness of America instructor(AFAA) Instructor and is also certified in Adult/Child CPR and First Aid.
She will motivate and challenge you to achieve a healthy and vibrant lifestyle through fitness-not to mention get you in killer shape!
Gabby Eborall teaches the San Clemente and Dana Point Camps.
Gabby brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience after many years in the fitness industry. She has been addicted to fitness since her Mom invited her to Jack La Lannes' health club at 17 years old and she never looked back. Gabby started teaching in Group fitness and Aqua in the 90's. Her experience includes a wide variety of programs including Spin, Step, Body sculpt, Circuit, Yoga, Hi/Lo and Kickboxing. She holds Certifications from the Aquatic Exercise Association and AFFA in Personal training and Group Exercise. Gabby is adult/ infant CPR certified as well as basic water rescue through American Red Cross. As a member of IDEA she keeps current with the trends as the fitness industry continues to evolve. An avid Yogini, Runner, and Kettlebell enthusiast, she continues to grow in fitness as she enthusiastically pays it forward to each of her clients. "The beauty of this industry is the constant evolution. We are always learning, always teaching. I am truly blessed to be able to do what I do. To walk beside someone as they reach their fitness goals and begin to feel better inside and out never ever gets old. I am truly inspired by people who come into my life not knowing what they are capable of and then realize the inner athlete that they always were and always will be".
Cindi Massengale teaches in Irvine at 5:30 a.m.
Cindi's love for music and dancing has transitioned into a fulfilling career, starting with Drill Team in High School, Cheerleading in college, and then finding Group Fitness Exercise classes once out of school. Cindi has taught Group Fitness classes for over 20 years, including 6 years with Linda Evans Fitness Centers, a women only club. She has been Personal Training private clients for the past 3 years. Staying current with the fitness trends as things have evolved in the fitness industry, she teaches many different formats including Body Sculpting, Step, Lo/Hi Impact, Cycle, Pilates, Yoga, and Turbo Kickboxing. Her certifications include ACE (American Council on Exercise) Group Fitness Instructor- 1989; AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Assoc. of America) Certified Personal Fitness Trainer� 2006; and Turbo KickBox, Gold Level � 2001. Cindi is currently in school pursuing a Bachelor�s Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. For fun she loves to dance, run, cycle, and kayak.

Christian's fitness educational background stems back to the National Personal Training Institute. He is an U.S. Army Officer of Aviation. Christian carries a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcasting. Christian has been training in the U.S. Army since 1998. He started as a Private First Class and is now a First Lieutenant and a Commander of Aviation. Christian still competes as an athlete in the 100 and 200 meter dash at local and open college meets. Christian believes that he has taken the Army Physical Training to a whole new level. His military training, fitness education, and college degree bring a unique diverse style to the fitness industry. He trains soldiers to save lives and applies that same passion to others. Even though, his background is with the military, his style of teaching is not militaristic in style. He is very supportive and attentive. "The body is the ultimate machine of science, only education and practice will lead to any attempt to master it."
Elysia Tsai teaches the Huntington Beach Camps
Elysia is a Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association. Since 1999 she has worked in the sports medicine profession providing care and treatment for athletes in physical therapy, youth, high school, collegiate and professional settings. She has a BS in Athletic Training from Linfield College, where she also competed in track and field throwing the javelin. She has a M.Ed. in Developmental Kinesiology specializing in Sport Psychology from Bowling Green State University. Elysia has been a CPR and First Aid instructor for the American Red Cross since 1999. She also works with the United States Soccer Federation and Mater Dei High School assisting with medical coverage for teams and events. Elysia is the owner and developer of Si-Boards, LLC a manufacturing company of balance and fitness products. Elysia loves working with athletes of all age and caliber to provide optimized training.

Wendy Lucas teaches the 9 a.m. camp in Laguna Hills
Wendy is very passionate about Health, Fitness, and Nutrition. She eagerly entered a year long, intensive study program at Irvine Valley College, where she earned her Fitness Specialist Certificate, she also became certified as a Personal Trainer through A.C.E., became a member of IDEA Fit, and obtained certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED through the American Heart Association. Wendy's interest in the ways in which people interact with one another and its effect on the environment guided her to obtain a B.A. in Social Ecology from U.C. Irvine.
While living in Oregon when Wendy was 13, she began lifting weights and discovered the many benefits that came along with doing so. She was intrigued by the female body's ability to change by combining weight training with proper nutrition. She loves the feeling of being strong and confident, and wants to help other women to feel the same.
David Krausse teaches the Anaheim Hills 5:30 a.m. Camp
You will enjoy David�s fun and warm personality as he helps you laugh your way to true fitness! David has become a very fit role model and knows what it feels like to be overweight and out of shape! In 2007 he found that �everyday life� had caught up with him. He had gained a lot of weight, felt stressed out and was always tired. At one particular moment David looked in the mirror and decided it was time to make a change. David had always played sports in his youth and was very familiar with exercise, and nutrition. Now was the time to start putting all this knowledge to use and take sound nutrition and exercise seriously. David decided to enter a body transformation challenge. In 12 weeks David lost 35 pounds, increased his overall body strength and most importantly, �got his life back.�
Getting back into shape and living a healthy lifestyle was great�but it wasn�t enough. David realized there were many people in a similar situation and began training friends and acquaintances. Soon it became clear that David had developed a passion for sharing the knowledge with others. It has become his mission to empower others to live healthy lifestyles through efficient exercise and practical dieting.
David is certified by the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association and is CPR certified by the American Red Cross. In addition, David holds a Bachelor�s degree from California State University, Fullerton in Entrepreneurial Management. In his spare time, David takes an active roll in the community as a little league coach and as a volunteer at the local elementary school.
Mike Linares teaches our Chino Hills Camps
Mike Linares is an expert in the areas of health and nutrition. For over 7 years Mike Linares has dedicated his time, resources and energy to helping his clients in the areas of nutrition, total body health, and exercise.
While serving on an ambulance in Orange County, LA County and San Gabriel Valley, as well as in the Emergency Room of Chino Valley Medical, Mike Linares witnessed the many detrimental health problems accustomed to poor nutrition and lack of body wellness. Seeing that his patients could easily correct their ailments with proper nutrition and with out medication or drugs, Mike grew a deep concern and passion to give his patients, clients and everyone he came into contact with the knowledge to naturally correct their health ailments.
Mike has also become a noted speaker at Trader Joes Chino Hills and Brea, conducting wellness tours, and nutritional consulting.
