Bridal Package 1: When a bride registers alone she receives the 5-day package for the 3-day price of $199 ($100 savings)
Bridal Package 2: When a bride registers with a minimum of 4 bridesmaids (or mother, aunt, etc.) The bride gets boot camp free. The bridesmaids receive the 5-day package for the 3-day price $199 ($100 savings)
Bridal Package 3: We offer 1 co-ed camp. (Mission Viejo 6:30 p.m.) When the bride and groom register together for the 5-day session, the groom gets boot camp for free!
Boot Camp sessions are 4-weeks in duration, one hour per day Mon - Fri
Times: 5:30 a.m. 6:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m.
Locations: All of Orange County, CA. Phoenix & Scottsdale, AZ. Honolulu, Hawaii

Code Pink Boot Camp has been rated #1 for fitness for women in Orange County. All of their camps have highly educated and motivating trainers that will take you to the next level. Each day is different and a lot of fun. You will enjoy obstacle courses, strength training, functional training, core training and flexibility work. With each camp you also receive a free nutrition seminar, body fat composition and a free CPBC T-Shirt.
Top Three Health/Fitness Tips for a Radiant Bride:
1. Drink plenty of water every day and minimize the amount of alcohol you
consume to make your skin look beautiful and keep from gaining weight and
looking puffy.
2. Eat a small meal every 3-4 hours that includes a healthy fat, complex
carb. and a lean protein.
3. Stay active! A minimum of 30 minutes of interval training a day can burn
