Code Pink Boot Camp brings Second Harvest Boot Camp to The District in Tustin Nov. 22, 2008

• 60 min. boot camp open to the public at no charge, simply bring a bag of non-parishable groceries.
• Everything will be donated to Second Harvest
• This boot camp will begin at 8:30 a.m. near Borders Bookstore at The District.

• A huge obstacle course will take participants through the entire courtyard, up and down the stairs, up and over hurdles and through agility ladders. This boot camp will be a perfect combination of cardio, strength training and flexibility work.

• Bring an exercise mat, sweat towel, water bottle and 5lb. hand weights.
