Enlisting Christina as my weight loss and nutritional coach has been one of the best decisions I’ve made and an extremely positive experience. For the last ten years I have found it nearly impossible to stick to a diet and actually loose weight. At age 63 I thought maybe I was just too old to drop the pounds.
