Code Pink's Virtual Boot Camp is available as a 2-week special for $25. You may attend any and all times you want from the comfort of your own home. You will download the free app and then you will be given a login code for each session. These workouts are geared for women that feel they are over-weight, or have some limitations in movement as the 40 min. workouts are basic and include a warm-up and stretching! This is more of a restorative body class. Your instructor will be able to see you and you can interact with each other just as if you were in a real class because you are virtually together!
