Code Pink's Virtual Boot Camp is available Pacific Standard Time at 5:30 am, 9:00 am and 6:00 pm on various days. (See Registration Page ) You may attend any and all times you want from the comfort of your own home. You will download the free app to your phone or IPad and then you will be given a login code for each session. The full month of April is available for a $50 registration fee. These workouts are geared for women that feel they are over weight, or have some limitations in movement as the 40 min. workouts are basic and include a warm-up and stretching! Your instructor will be able to see you and you can interact with each other just as if you were in a real class because you are virtually together!
