The greatest gift I’ve given myself in my adult life is Code Pink Bootcamp! After watching my mothers health decline from sheer lack of movement, I determined that I was not going to let that happen to me. I have NEVER liked exercise and have always had a pretty sedentary life. I found Code Pink Bootcamp and it seemed to be just what I needed. I didn’t want to have to run, or jump, or even sweat! But I did want to have a strong core and balance and strength. It has been exactly what I needed. I am now a 65 year old woman who actually looks forward to working out! I’m so thankful that Christina found a way for us to work out even during the Covid-19 outbreak. I have gotten some much needed sunshine, and even if the sun isn’t shining, it’s great to be outdoors. I am so grateful for Christina Lucy and my exercise friends that I have made. - Paula
I’m in my 40s and I’ve struggled with weight my since having children. Out of everything I’ve tried I haven’t found any type of exercise I enjoy enough to commit to or even try for a 2nd time.
Now. I’m 4 months into Code Pink Boot Camp with perfect attendance!! I even participated 5 days a week in January!! I love Christina’s classes!! Classes are conducted very professional and easy to follow. There’s also a GREAT group of ladies I look forward to seeing each day!!
All classes have been outside where we’re able to workout safely and enjoy the gorgeous Oregon mornings!
I’m not napping daily or taking my headache medication! I have much more energy and all around I feel much happier! My body is stronger and I’m looking forward continuing my journey to health!
I was delighted to try Code Pink Bootcamp. I have always struggled with getting into shape, building muscle, and losing belly fat. Even though I was a runner in high school and always tried to eat healthily. I had no idea what I was doing. I tried so many diets, workout programs, workout videos, and doing my usual runs. It seemed I never felt shapely and always had extra belly fat. So when I got the opportunity to try Code Pink, I decided to really commit, and also stay on a good eating regime. I was surprised by how fun the workouts were and I was always amazed at the different workout strategies. Which consisted of something different every day. Christina was also so motivating, positive, and amazing at what she does. I continued to go every morning, 5 times a week for a few months. Let me tell you, I have never been in the best shape of my life. My waist slimmed down so much. My legs, butt and whole stature felt and looked so shapely, and I finally had a nice butt for the first time! I felt amazing! I also end up meeting my now husband at that time too. Thank you Christina for teaching me what it takes and that if I set my mind to something. It's possible. You are the best! Thank you Code Pink Bootcamp! Thank you, Alina Parker
