Great Workout For Women
The greatest gift I’ve given myself in my adult life is Code Pink Bootcamp! After watching my mothers health decline from sheer lack of movement, I determined that I was not going to let that happen to me. I have NEVER liked exercise and have always had a pretty sedentary life. I found Code Pink Bootcamp and it seemed to be just what I needed. I didn’t want to have to run, or jump, or even sweat! But I did want to have a strong core and balance and strength. It has been exactly what I needed. I am now a 65 year old woman who actually looks forward to working out! I’m so thankful that Christina found a way for us to work out even during the Covid-19 outbreak. I have gotten some much needed sunshine, and even if the sun isn’t shining, it’s great to be outdoors. I am so grateful for Christina Lucy and my exercise friends that I have made. - Paula
I’m in my 40s and I’ve struggled with weight my since having children. Out of everything I’ve tried I haven’t found any type of exercise I enjoy enough to commit to or even try for a 2nd time.
Now. I’m 4 months into Code Pink Boot Camp with perfect attendance!! I even participated 5 days a week in January!! I love Christina’s classes!! Classes are conducted very professional and easy to follow. There’s also a GREAT group of ladies I look forward to seeing each day!!
All classes have been outside where we’re able to workout safely and enjoy the gorgeous Oregon mornings!
I’m not napping daily or taking my headache medication! I have much more energy and all around I feel much happier! My body is stronger and I’m looking forward continuing my journey to health!

I love Code Pink Boot Camp! I’ve participated in Christina’s sessions for over a year now and she keeps the classes interesting, switching the routines often so it’s never boring. The classes have a fun and supportive group of women which make it easier to keep coming back each session. We are exercising outdoors in beautiful parks and enjoying the fresh air. Christina works with each individual student to make sure they are modifying their movement if they are healing from an injury or it’s been a while since they have exercised. It’s truly been an amazing experience for me becoming stronger, more flexible, and improving my overall health! - Angie Studer
I was delighted to try Code Pink Bootcamp. I have always struggled with getting into shape, building muscle, and losing belly fat. Even though I was a runner in high school and always tried to eat healthily. I had no idea what I was doing. I tried so many diets, workout programs, workout videos, and doing my usual runs. It seemed I never felt shapely and always had extra belly fat. So when I got the opportunity to try Code Pink, I decided to really commit, and also stay on a good eating regime. I was surprised by how fun the workouts were and I was always amazed at the different workout strategies. Which consisted of something different every day. Christina was also so motivating, positive, and amazing at what she does. I continued to go every morning, 5 times a week for a few months. Let me tell you, I have never been in the best shape of my life. My waist slimmed down so much. My legs, butt and whole stature felt and looked so shapely, and I finally had a nice butt for the first time! I felt amazing! I also end up meeting my now husband at that time too. Enlisting Christina as my weight loss and nutritional coach has been one of the best decisions I’ve made and an extremely positive experience. For the last ten years I have found it nearly impossible to stick to a diet and actually loose weight. At age 63 I thought maybe I was just too old to drop the pounds. This has all changed since working with Christina. In the last 8 weeks I have lost 13 pounds and 24 inches. Believe me when I tell you this is an amazing feat for me and I have Christina’s support and guidance to thank for it. Christina’s weekly meal plans and daily check ins have provided me with the encouragement, support and accountability that I need to be successful in my weight loss journey. Her meal plans and yummy recipes are sensible and easy to follow. Christina provides a little nudge when needed and the inspiration to get through those plateaus which are an inevitable part of the weight loss process.
